  • $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $99
  • $15 flat rate for express shipping for orders under $99
  • Express shipping for orders of $99 or more, is $15 minimum and is calculated based on distance and weight

  • We offer international shipping to a select range of international countries.
  • International shipping costs will vary by country and weight. International shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the carrier's website.
  • You should expect your delivery in 5-14 business days of ordering.
  • International customers are expected to cover any duties, fees or taxes associated with importing goods into their country.Each country is different in how they handle import duties and taxes, so please refer to your government's website regarding this matter to know what your final charges will be.

    Note for international customers:
    You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them. We apologise, but SuperDust cannot control these additional costs since they are imposed by the government and not by SuperDust or the shipping company you chose to use. Unfortunately, SuperDust does not have a way to provide specific duties and fee amounts. It is determined by customs and the courier is simply the collector.

Standard Refund Policy (excludes apparel/clothing, see below)

  • We have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. This will be a refund on one product item (excludes the price of shipping) bought from the Superdust website. The 30-day period begins when your tracking says your order has been delivered. Your order number will need to be provided in order to receive the refund. Refunds will only be placed back on the same method of payment that the order was bought on. You must contact our customer service within 30 days of the product being delivered. Maximum of one item being refunded per person. The 30-day money-back guarantee is only available to customers in Australia, NZ, USA, Canada, UK. Nothing in our terms attempts to modify or exclude any of your consumer law rights, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Further to the above, we have the following under our Standard Refund Policy:
    If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct product(s) you ordered, we will exchange it with a replacement product of the same value. Please take a photo and contact us within 30 days of receiving the product(s), so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). To make your claim please send us the following information:
  • Name
  • Product details
  • Proof of purchase (including order number)
  • Details of issue with product

    Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it. The benefits provided to you under this policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under relevant laws relating to the products, such as the Australian Consumer Law.

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s). We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. To claim your out-of-pocket expenses for returning any product(s) to us, please send any receipts for postage to the address listed below. Superdust Pty Ltd provides this limited warranty.

Apparel/Clothing Refund Policy

Received an item you are not satisfied with or it's not what you needed? No problem, we'll sort it out for you straight away! Our returns policy for change of mind is as follows:

  • Items must remain unworn (except for you trying it on) and unwashed. No stains or signs of wear.
  • All labels must remain on the goods for them to be returned.
  • Superdust does not offer exchanges, just refunds.
  • You must lodge a return with us at customer support within 30 days of receiving the items.
  • SuperDust takes no responsibility for items that are lost in transit when you return them.
  • Proof of purchase via your name, email address and order number is required to receive the refund. Refunds will be given back on the same payment method used to purchase the items.
  • All items will be thoroughly inspected before we provide a refund.
