Do I need access to a gym or equipment?

We have home-based, minimal equipment programs for athletes under 15 years of age. Most programs for athletes above 15 years of age require access to a gym or equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells and plates.

Is there a minimum age requirement to join?

Our minimum age requirement is 14 years old. We recommend younger athletes to focus on spending more time on developing confidence & experience on the bike until they are ready to commit to a training program.

Do I have access to a coach and feedback?

All athletes are connected to a coach who supervises their program and progress. Each program prompts the athlete to submit questions and videos once a week for personalised feedback.

How much help do I get throughout the season?

If you require any further support, you can reach us via the messaging feature in the app, email us at ridewith@superdust.au or call during working hours, 9am - 4pm (AEST) 

What if I get injured and can’t do the programs?

In the unfortunate case of a severe injury, you can still access all the additional resources in the app, including rehab programs, nutrition library and bike skill courses. We also offer custom injury rehab options through our network of coaches. Please email us via ridewith@superdust.au to enquire about injury-specific support. 

How will I see results?

Any athlete can experience significant results through consistent, long-term application to any of our programs. In our experience, athletes generally see changes in body composition, fitness, strength and on-bike performance within 12-18 weeks.
